Young man finally comes out of coma after 9 months

In 2009, a 25-year-old male patient fell from the third story of a building. He suffered from severe brain hemorrhaging and remained in a coma for several months. Unfortunately during his recovery in December 2011, he fell during physical therapy and suffered another brain hemorrhage and relapsed into a coma. As he was placed in a private hospital in Gauhati, the bill slowly rose to 9 lakhs. At this point the family contacted Mr. Wangyal through the Tibetan Welfare Association. Mr. Wangyal eventually found a foreign sponsor to pay for this young man. As of September 2013, he has been out of a coma for nine months and is eating, conscious and communicative.
